Shipping Policy

Meenakshi Trading offers free shipping to all PIN codes in India. We work with reliable delivery partners to handle your products carefully and deliver them on time. We currently deliver only within India.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Before processing your order, we contact you by phone or email for a quick confirmation.  (Optional)
• Once your order is dispatched, we send tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Time

Delivery dates are estimates. Courier delays, bad weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us for help tracking your shipment.

Shipping Charges and Cash on Delivery

• Shipping is free across India.
• If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, an additional ₹150 handling fee applies.

Address and Delivery Details

• Please provide your complete address, correct PIN code, and an active phone number.
• Request any address changes before your order is dispatched.
• Meenakshi Trading is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
• If your parcel is returned because you were unavailable, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect address, you must pay the charges to send it again.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

• Please refuse delivery if the parcel appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with.
• Record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you start opening the parcel.
• If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact Meenakshi Trading within 48 hours of delivery.
