Care tips

Before selling online, we sold our clothes offline and collected customer feedback. Our care tips are based on this feedback and our own testing. We recommend washing the clothes gently by hand, separately from other clothes. Dry them in the shade, away from direct sunlight. In our testing, the clothes stayed fresh and looked new even after 10 washes and steam ironing when we followed these steps.

 Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. If you cancel before dispatch, your payment will be refunded within five banking days. Once your package has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted, as the order will be considered processed.

 Size Chart Guidance.

Product images alone may not help you choose the right size. We provide a size chart for every product. Before ordering, please compare your body measurements with the size chart and choose the size that fits you best.

Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, or the wrong size because of our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share your order number, clear photographs of the product and an unboxing video recorded from the moment you begin opening the package. Our team will review your request and explain the next steps.

Return conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed and unworn.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must have no stains, perfume or deodorant marks, alterations or damage caused after delivery.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size issues, manufacturing defects, incorrect products and damaged products, subject to availability. If your required size is unavailable, you may choose another product of the same value or receive store credit.

Store credit

We do not offer monetary refunds for approved returns; we issue store credit only. Credit will be added to your account or sent as a unique code within 5–7 business days of approval. You can use it for future purchases at swahmindia.com. Store credit cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash or refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. Return shipping charges may apply for other reasons.
